Jungle Interactive was founded in March 2000 by Jon Housman, a former McKinsey consultant who holds an MBA with Distinction from the Stern school at NYU; Jon McBride, a graduate of Wharton who previously worked as an associate at Goldman Sachs; and Sean McDuffy, also a Wharton grad and an alum of both McKinsey and Goldman Sachs. MBA Depot was born out of founder Jeff Blum's experiences attending the world-renowned entrepreneurship program at the University of Texas at Austin. That experience left him with the realization that while an MBA program provides a great deal of valuable training, the tools needed to succeed were:

(2) frequently offered only after they were most needed
(3) occasionally not offered at all

MBA ZoNe was conceptualized by Brenda Mizgorski in 1998, during her 1st year of MBA School at The Wharton School.
